2010 Holidays of the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office and Courts

The Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial or Mexican Patent and Trademark Office and the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor or Mexican Copyright Office will be closed due the end-of-year holidays from December 22, 2010 to January 4, 2011. All deadlines due within the holidays will be automatically extended to January 5, 2011.
The Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa or Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Affairs and the Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito or Federal Courts of Appeals will be closed from December 16, 2010 to January 2, 2011. The Juzgados de Distrito or Federal District Courts will remain open.
As in previous years, the MPTO some online services (including the databases Vidoc, Marcanet and) could not be available all the time during the holidays.
